Dwight Investment Management Announces $42MM Bridge Loan for Texas Multifamily Community

Dwight Investment Management, the SEC-registered investment adviser affiliate of Dwight Capital, announced the closing of a $42 million bridge refinance for 1720 at Harvey, a 288-unit garden-style apartment community in College Station, TX.

Built in 2023, the property features modern apartment homes with walk-in closets and private balconies or patios, with select residences offering additional storage, and private fenced-in backyards. Community amenities include resort-style pools, a fitness center with yoga and spin studios, clubhouse and business center, pet park and spa, and picnic and grilling areas.

Located just one mile from Texas A&M University, the property is close to major retail, dining, and employment centers serving the Bryan–College Station market.

Loan proceeds will be used to refinance existing debt, cover transaction costs, and provide cash-out proceeds to the borrower. The financing was originated by Katie Goldenberg and brokered by Eric Rosenstock on behalf of Jeff Partin and Robert Partin of Partin Properties.
