Dwight Investment Management Announces $60MM Bridge Loan for New York Skilled Nursing Facility

Dwight Investment Management, a Dwight Capital affiliate, announced the closing of a $60 million bridge acquisition loan for Epic Rehab and Nursing at White Plains, a 160-bed skilled nursing facility (SNF) in White Plains, NY. The building is the first ground-up SNF constructed in New York State in the past decade. The five-story facility was completed in 2019. The loan closed in conjunction with a $5 million revolving line of credit to support operational liquidity and ongoing capital needs.

Epic Healthcare Management operates the facility and has over 25 years of experience providing skilled nursing and rehabilitation services across New York and New Jersey. Epic Rehab and Nursing at White Plains was recognized by U.S. News & World Report as a top short-term rehabilitation facility, earning a High Performing rating.

"Working with Dwight has been seamless from start to finish," said Vince Maniscalco, Vice President of Operations at Epic Healthcare Management. "Their team understood the needs of our facility and moved quickly to deliver a financing solution that allows us to keep our focus where it belongs — on providing exceptional care to our residents."

Dwight Managing Director Josh Sturm originated the transaction.
